How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. For our handmade range this may sometimes take longer. If so, there will be a note on the product page.
All orders are shipped from Melbourne and delivery times vary depending on where in Australia you live. Although your parcel may arrive quicker or slower we normally estimate 1-3 business days for Melbourne, 2-7 business days for East Coast destinations and 5-14 days for Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory.
Please note: Since estimated delivery times can not be guaranteed, we suggest allowing up to 10 business days after dispatch for most deliveries and up to 14 business days for rural deliveries.

What are your delivery cost?
We also offer FREE delivery on all orders over $25 and all tea towel orders. For all other products we charge a flat shipping fee of $5.00 to everywhere in Australia. This shipping cost is displayed at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal as a payment method
Do you ship internationally?
We certainly do! And in fact, as we ship a lot of parcels, our shipping rates are often cheaper than Australia Post. We add new countries to our delivery zones all the time and if your country is not listed at the check out please contact us at email@example.com and ask us to add the country you want us to post to.
Please note however, that international delivery times vary significantly and is not something we can guarantee. If you need your international parcel to arrive at a specific date, we strongly recommend you get in touch and ask about International express options. We will do our best to help you!
